Refund policy

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products and our small-batch inventory model, all sales are final.  We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This ensures product integrity, hygiene and quality for every customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order Number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the issue or what happened

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is accepted, we will gladly send a replacement to you at no cost.
