Shipping policy

All standard orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

During new drops, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may extend to 5-7 business days.

Custom, personalized, and Atelier pieces are made to order.  Please allow 10-21 business days for creation before shipping.  These items are final sale.

Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

  • Standard: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited: 2-3 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays.

Please note:

  1. Incorrect Addresses - We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If your order has not shipped, email us immediately at orders@tifftcollective.com.
  2. Lost or Stolen Packages - Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, we cannot replace or refund it.  For lost packages, please contact the carrier to open a claim.
  3. Damaged Items - If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos, an explanation, and your order number.  We will replace the item at no cost.
